Software coding agency Nine has added a new developer to its ranks, only three months after launching as a company.
26-year-old Philip Windsor, joins Nine in a customer facing position, creating bespoke software solutions for specific business processes.
Managing director Andy Walton said: “ We are very please to have Phil join us as his work values are perfectly in synch with our company ethos.

Newcastle based communications agency, MDA have taken on a new graduate with two first class degrees.
Emily Charlton, 23, joins the MDA team as a public relations executive after graduating from Birmingham University with a first in history and politics, and also a distinction in a masters degree from Newcastle University.
She said: “I’m really happy to have been given the opportunity at MDA. It’s a career in public that I really want.
“I’m looking forward to learning from the very experienced team at MDA and will be working hard to help maintain their excellent reputation”
Leeanne Pearson joins North East marketing and communications agency, Robson Brown as a management accountant.
She will provide financial support to the senior management team, as the agency embarks on a string of new marketing projects for a range of high-profile private and public organisations across the UK.
“I was really impressed by RB’s professional approach and I am enjoying working as part of a dynamic and friendly culture,” said Leeanne.

Law firm Irwin Mitchell has appointed a new partner to strength its clinical negligence team.
Angela Kirtley originally joined the firm’s Grey Street office as an associate solicitor in December 2006.
She specialises in acting for victims of medical negligence and has particular expertise in brain injury claims such as cerebral palsy, orthopaedic, and general surgical cases including failure to diagnose cancer.
North East public relations consultancy, Recognition PR, has recruited a new graduate to its core team.
21-year-old Robyn Challands joins Recognition’s business to business team who work with clients such as NOF Energy, TAG Energy Solutions and The Institution of Civil Engineers.
Graham Robb, senior partner, said: “Fresh out of university, Robyn will be used to meeting deadlines so we are certain she will be able to keep up our reputation of delivering high quality material to tight deadlines.
“We have grown our client base in the past 12 months and saw fit for an expansion of our skilled PR professionals.”
Teeside company Marske Site Services have already grown their team with two key senior appointments, and are now looking to expand further.
Kevin Ness, who joined the company earlier this year, has accepted the new post of Director of Projects, while Ray Fox, director of MSS recruitment business, will take on the responsibility for delivering high quality and safety in demanding conditions in his new role as director of resources and compliance.
Mr McCullagh said: “With a strong order book for the last quarter of 2011 and into 2012, we are recruiting for a range of positions, including the new post of group operations director which will require someone with a proven track record of building and growing a successful business, being part of a dynamic team…and being prepared for hard work!”
Ward Hadaway have welcomed six newly qualified solicitors to their ranks.
Tom Miller, Neil Williamson, Steven Roper, Jennifer Morris, Jenny Wilson and Louise Strachan have successfully completed two years training at the firm.
