What key challenges has your company recently faced?

Despite challenging economic conditions, robust and reliable IT solutions are still a necessity for most businesses. As a result, we’ve retained a healthy client portfolio but have had to control our plans for growth to ensure that we can continue to deliver a high level of service that is ever-efficient to our existing customer base.

What is your biggest achievement over the past 12 months?

We have secured a number of new contracts for several high-profile businesses in the North East, each having turnovers in excess of £1 million. Businesses such as these who have chosen to partner with us are testament to the experts at Layer 7 and our commitment to delivering a bespoke, quality service.

What is your biggest focus for the coming year?

We have ambitious growth plans to expand our client base into other regions outside of the North East. Germane to our success will be identifying key target business sectors in conjunction with employee and office expansion.

If you had to choose one top piece of advice for someone just starting out in business, or is currently operating within your industry sector, what would it be?

Agree with your customers what you will deliver, deliver what you have agreed.
