Businesses to compete to attract local business talent
A new recruitment concept is being launched in Newcastle to help the businesses in region attract the brightest and best talent the region has to offer.
The Pitching for Management scheme will help fast growing businesses in the region to pitch for experienced individuals to come and work for them, in exchange for incentive packages to suit both businesses.
It is hoped that the scheme will allow companies access to individuals and services which would otherwise be unavailable to them.
The event has already taken place in cities across the country, and it is hoped will attract the same high calibre of participant in Newcastle.
The event, which will take place on the 7thNovember at the Ward Hadaway offices in Newcastle, will involve pitching to investors, experienced business people, and executives looking to re-enter the commercial world.
On the day, the audience will vote for the best pitch, the winner of which will go o=up against other regional winners in the UK to win £2000.
