Personalisation, choice & maximum participation at core of Edenred’s two new online platforms

Edenred is expanding its range of online solutions by launching a major new incentive and reward option and a state-of–the-art benefits platform for businesses to offer their employees in the run-up to Christmas and beyond.

Compliments Select is an exciting new addition to Edenred’s highly successful Compliments range of incentive, reward and recognition products and solutions.

Reward recipients can redeem their e-code reward against a choice of 70 single store vouchers and gift cards, multi store vouchers and cards offering a choice from more than 160 retailers, an experience card offering 1,000 experiences or a travel voucher.

While recipients benefit from enhanced choice and experience, reward scheme managers benefit from speed, convenience, increased visibility of redemption and more engaged recipients.

Edenred’s new Employee Savings portal is the most user-friendly platform on the market. Extensive user-journey analysis and testing have ensured that employees can easily access and select the savings they want. This approach helps to maximise usage and savings and so helps employees to extend their spending power and the employer to maximise employee participation. The personalised platform is supported by a helpdesk for employees open seven days a week and a dedicated communications team for employers.
