New business offers advice on acquisitions and disposals
A local expert in acquisitions and disposals has launched a new online service to help business owners in the region easily facilitate sales and purchases.
Anthony Redpath set up www.sell-your-own-business.co.uk after spending over 20 years helping clients through the arduous task of selling a business. He now hopes that his new venture will help to simplify the process with information about preparing for sale, promotion, pricing and facilitating the actual sale.
Mr Redpath now hopes that the website will make selling a business as simple as it can and should be. He commented: “Long before the money is in the bank after a business is sold, there is a huge amount of work to do to make sure mistakes are not made.
“There is much more to the pricing and promotion of companies for sale than many people in business are aware of.
“We will not only help the business receive exposure in the right places, we will also help clients decide on a fair price and negotiate the best deal possible with a prospective buyer.”
Three levels of assistance are available to business owners dependent on their needs, and aims to help a wide range of companies, from professional practices and service providers, to retailers and wholesalers.
