Extension of funding for business ? apply now
The Leadership and Management Programme offers match funded support of up to £1,000 for a senior business leader to access external support to help them to grow their business.
Due to funding prioritiesthere has to date been a limit on the number of Retail, Personal services and non-B2B organisations that could be supported.
This limit has been under review anda further 50 organisations can now be supported in these business types/sectors where they meet the existing eligibility criteria:
- SMEs employing 2-249 people and with a turnover less than £40m
- Firm high growth plans (increases in turnover &/or employees)
- person per company can benefit
- If fewer than 10 employees – Key person (MD/Owner) only
- If 10 or more employees – Key person (MD/Owner) or someone that reports directly to them
- Over 50% of the business income comes from the private sector.
Anyone interested in accessing this support will need to submit their applications via http://www.nbsl.org.uk/what-we-do/lam-application
The deadline for receiving applications for these sectors is 10th February 2012.
