Tender Opportunity: Skills Analysis Training
Sunderland Software City is part financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), managed by the Department for Communities and Local Government. It is tasked with supporting the software industry in the North East of England. Given the growing size and importance of this sector we are currently tendering for training contracts, including:
Skills Analysis Training
Scope of the project: Provision of skills analysis training to software companies based in the North East of England. The training will provide the necessary tools for companies to manage their workforce, establish an effective HR system, carry out skills analysis and understand the recruitment process, including how to attract high calibre candidates.
Participants: It is expected that a minimum of 10 eligible software companies will participate in the training.
