This half day session provides a comprehensive basic overview of what you need to do to start your business.
Topics covered include:
Skills and attitudes needed to run a business
Market research
Business planning
Networking
Regulatory issues including tax, national insurance, licences, who you have to tell
The session is concluded with the completion of an action plan to help you move your idea forward.
