Tait Walker launch business advice blog for SMEs

Business owner-managers in the North East can now benefit from a newly launched advice blog from chartered accountancy practice Tait Walker.

The interactive www.businessadvicene.com blog site aims to help entrepreneurs and growing businesses across the region by providing the latest advice and information to help with running their company.

Guest contributors will join Tait Walker’s own advisers to keep the site as varied and as relevant as possible. Anyone with an expertise to share or interest in the region’s business scene is encouraged to get involved with their comment, advice, videos and tips for other SMEs.

Tait Walker’s managing partner David Arthur said: **“**We are celebrating our 75th year in business by embracing future ways of doing business.

“The current economic recession has hit the North East hard and the average business life cycle has undoubtedly shortened over the past 75 years. Those which have lasted all have one characteristic in common and that is having the flexibility to adapt to change and embrace new technologies and opportunities

“In our opinion, business is done differently these days and growing virtual communities are just as important as face to face contact. We are excited to enter the digital age to build our online network via this new blog.”

Tait Walker’s marketing executive Kirsty Ramsey added: “We have taken a giant leap into the future; this free and open platform is the perfect way for local companies to keep up to date with issues such as legislation and policy agendas which may affect them. We hope the region’s SME’s will enjoy using it and become part of the community with their own thoughts and advice for others.”
