Cold calling using the phone

Today more so than in the past we have to work harder, smarter and longer to stay ahead of the game. We are doing sales activities that we would rather not. Cold calling on the phone is one activity that sales people universally hate doing however it is essential for success for you the sales person and your company.

Using the phone is the quickest and most cost effective way to generate and find new opportunities. In the next few weeks I will be suggesting a few ways of improving your sales skills on the phone.
