CBRE sells former Sheffield bank
Acting on behalf of a private client, the Agency team at CBRE in Sheffield has completed the sale of 5,687 sq ft former Grade II listed bank building on Leopold Street, Sheffield for £500,000.
Paradise Chambers have relocated from Paradise Square in the city, following a merger with Manchester based chambers St Johns Buildings.
Roger Haworth, Senior Director at CBRE Sheffield said; “This was a rare opportunity to purchase a character building in the heart of Sheffield’s thriving new business quarter on Leopold Square. Although competition for the unit was strong when the property came to the market, after their recent merger and expansion Paradise Chambers saw the unique potential that the Leopold Street space could offer them, and the deal represents an excellent result for both parties.”
Paradise Chambers will undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of the internal space to accommodate offices and meeting rooms.
Nigel Hunter, Partner of Edwards & Co Manchester acted for Paradise Chambers / St Johns Buildings.
