CIMA welcomes new Executive Director to team
CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) is delighted to announce the appointment of Penny McLoughlin (née Cooper) as Executive Director – Marketing, to its senior management team.
Penny McLoughlin from Kensworth in Bedfordshire went to St Albans High School for Girls and also lived in St Albans before moving with her husband to Kensworth in 2007. Penny’s previous role was EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) Marketing Director for Strategic Growth Markets at Ernst & Young. While in the role she took a secondment to the Middle East to help set up a marketing office for the region. She held a number of positions at Ernst & Young including UK Marketing Director, Strategic Growth Markets and Head of Marketing and Internal Communications for Risk Advisory Services, UK & Northern Europe, Middle East, India and Africa.
Previously, Penny held senior roles at AchieveGlobal and Martiz Ltd. She is a Lecturer for the Chartered Institute of Marketing post graduate diploma, advanced certificate and CAM (The Communications, Advertising and Marketing Foundation) and a graduate of Cranfield School of Management Advanced Development Programme. She is an experienced conference speaker on the role of entrepreneurship and innovation in driving economic growth and marketing measurement, CRM (customer relationship management) and strategy.
