US investment bank open UK office
A Boston-based investment bank have announced the opening on their London office, along with the addition of veteran technology banker Bruno Tourme to lead the European business.
AGC Partners, are an emerging growth-focused investment bank, who have experienced strong expansion over the last two years, with offices in New York and Minneapolis.
Ben Howe, CEO of AGC Partners, said: “We have always considered Europe as a key market, given the strength of its technology sectors, growing entrepreneurial culture and increased access to growth capital at all stages.
“London was always a clear target for us as the gateway to Europe, and we are delighted to have a proven and seasoned veteran in Bruno Tourme spearheading our efforts across the continent from this new office.
“He joins us from Bryan Garnier, a firm with which we have had a long-standing partnership and with which we will continue to partner in the future.
“Bruno will be in a strong position to leverage AGC’s considerable platform and network of resources and relationships for the benefit of existing and future clients both in the U.K. and on the Continent.”
The firm is focussed on discovering and working with exciting emerging growth companies, helping them raise capital or execute M&A transactions.
