New Petroleum & Automotive team for CBRE Leeds
The Leeds office of CBRE has expanded its service offering to include a Petroleum and Automotive Division, which will operate as part of a 30-strong team within the company’s Global Corporate Services division.
The new team, comprising Director Alastair Coates, Surveyor Richard Syers and Consultant Peter Squire, will continue to carry out transactions for the team’s global oil company property accounts and seek to expand the business on a regional level with automotive dealer groups, car park operators and petrol retailers.
Richard Sunderland, Managing Director of CBRE’s Leeds office, said; “The new Petroleum and Automotive team brings with it a wealth of experience within this specialist sector. Based in a northern office of CBRE they will be able to offer an extensive service to regional clients with the benefit of the team’s national and global coverage.”
