Helping Schools to Improve, Develop and Grow
Organisational development specialists idg are pleased to announce the launch of its new Specialist Training in Education services, a set of in-house courses that aim to help schools and colleges support their staff and ultimately the young people they work with.
Including a wide range of sessions, each course has been specifically designed for the education sector and covers different themes and topics that many schools and colleges experience but may wish to explore and improve.
From safeguarding and crisis management, to understanding how different people communicate, each session has been developed to actively help people working within the education sector to improve, develop and grow their performance – both individually and for their organisation as a whole.
For more information about the sessions please visit the idg website here or contact idg directly if you would like to find out more about any of the courses in more depth.
