If your an employee for a business the answer is probably one of the above, if your self employed or a new start up business the answer is more likely to be all of the above.
As most businesses would tell you it can be a lonely place starting a new business venture as the margins for success and failure are there for all to see.
A good idea combined with a passion to execute it alongside a good work ethic are essential for any business, no half measures.
When it comes to each job role sometimes we specialise in one, know a little bit regarding one or two of the others, but as a new start up you hit the ground running having to learn quickly with them all.
Yes, if you require help or assistance there are plenty of specialist companies out there, mainly within the financial, sales and marketing sectors who are on hand to help. But in addition new start up companies don’t have money to burn and have to keep their own finances well managed.
The art to running a business well, (certainly in my own opinion) is being able to multitask as without it, nothing would ever be achieved.
