New tenant for Abbey Court Business Park, Selby

Priority Sites’ Abbey Court Business Park in Selby has attracted another new tenant, as Gas Safety Consultants Morgan Lambert sign a 5 year lease for the 1,415 sq ft 2 Abbey Court building.

Joint Agents McBeath Property Consultancy and PPH Commercial acted for Priority Sites with Morgan Lambert represented by Forbes Solicitors.

Morgan Lambert works on behalf of Social Housing Providers across the UK to assist them in managing their gas activities, fulfilling their duties as a Landlord and in maintaining compliance with the regulatory codes. The firm has relocated its Headquarter operations from Brackenholme Business Park, where it had been based for some 7 years, to benefit from Abbey Court’s more central location and the modern services the accommodation provides.

Operation Support Manager, Katharine Hardcastle, explains; “We looked at a number of new locations but Abbey Court ticked all the boxes in terms of a central location with good motorway connectivity which enables us to service our nationwide client base. The set-up within the modern offices will also allow us to work more efficiently and the space provides the capacity for future growth.”

This latest letting follows the recent news that existing Abbey Court tenant, The Skills Network, signed an additional lease due to the company doubling its staff numbers since locating at Abbey Court. The popular development, which is located within Selby Business Park fronting the A63 Selby Bypass, comprises of 15 high quality, self-contained buildings totalling 26,870 sq ft.

Adam Richardson, Development Manager at Priority Sites, continued: “Abbey Court meets the requirements of businesses seeking well-connected, modern space and as such continues to buck market trends and attract new occupiers. Morgan Lambert is a welcome addition to the tenant mix and we hope that their business enjoys as much success as our existing occupiers.”

McBeath Property Consultancy and PPH Commercial are currently handling interest from potential occupiers in the available accommodation at Abbey Court.
