FSB North East teams with Bdaily

The Federation of Small Businesses North East has teamed up with Bdaily Business News Network to ensure the forum can share its benefits to the wider business community.

Working in partnership with the FSB North East, the Bdaily will add further benefits to the FSB membership services, as well as work collaboratively to build a better region for our businesses.

Over the coming months Bdaily will be helping the FSB to share news, promote events, and also become a key regional voice with content provided by the Federation and its members.

Bdaily have also provided a news feed for the FSB’s website so that members are informed of the latest breaking news on issues that are affecting business from around the region and beyond.

Ted Salmon, Chair of FSB North East, said: “As the region’s go-to source for news we are delighted to be partnering with Bdaily.

“Our partnership will help our members raise the profile of their business and get better informed of the issues that matter most to them.

“Our members have a vast wealth of experience on a number of business issues that are holding back the small businesses across the North East.

“We’ll be using our partnership with Bdaily to help raise our member’s profile and demonstrate the vast knowledge and experience our members have.”

The FSB is a non-profit making and non-party political membership body with 200,000 members across the UK and almost 4,000 in the North East.

It aims to protect the interests of the self-employed and owners of small and micro businesses, with a lobbying arm - led by the Westminster Press and Parliamentary office - which applies pressure on MPs, Government and Whitehall and puts the FSB viewpoint over to the media.

Bdaily publishes a personalised bulletin for each of its members, arriving in their inboxes first thing in the morning, and reaching in excess of 20,000 professionals.

The bulletin combines news from the editorial team as well as member news and blogs, and offers superb coverage and reach for engaged businesses.

Siobhan Bales, managing director at Bdaily, welcomed the partnership. She said: “The FSB North East is a highly influential body, engaged heavily across the business community of the North East.

“It therefore becomes an imperative partner for Bdaily to build further engagement with the community, and offer a more combined approach to our respective business-facing organisations.

“Essentially we are looking to build a special relationship with, and to aid mutual growth and development of our organisations through effective collaboration.

“I am delighted to be working closely with Ted Salmon and the wider FSB across the region to hone and develop this relationship, ensuring we are truly adding value to our collective members.”
