NE1 Beach Volleyball- Business League 2012

Following the success of last year’s Quayside Seaside, NE1 will be bringing the ‘beach’ back to the Quayside along with its Beach Volleyball Business League. In addition to the Business League, Volleyball England will be running “Give it a Go” training sessions every Thursday for six weeks. The following dates will see Volleyball events on the beach:

Thursday 21st June, 6 - 7pm- “Give it a Go” training sessions (to run every Thursday for 6 weeks till 25/07/12)

Wednesday 20th June, 5.45 - 7.30 pm- NE1 Business League (to run every Wednesday for 8 weeks till 15/08/12)

Last year, Ward Hadaway were crowned champions- can they retain the title this year? NE1 will be running the Business League again this summer and this is your invitation to take part. It’s free and a great opportunity to meet people, from your business and others! To ensure we’re all playing by the right (ish!) rules NE1 have arranged for Volleyball England, the recognised National Governing Body for Volleyball, to manage the league!

Not only that, they will be offering all players free training and tips throughout the games and practice sessions.

Games will be three a side and we are encouraging local businesses to have squad of six. To register your team please complete the attached form and return to NE1, Suite D3a, Milburn house, Dean Street, Newcastle, NE1 1LE, or e-mail to tariq.albassam@newcastlene1ltd.com. If you would prefer to register by phone or have any questions, please call us on 0191 235 7095. If you don’t have enough players to make a team let us know and we can help you find some team mates! Registration closes on 15th June 2012.
