Yell Group completes acquisition of Moonfruit
Yell Group has completed the acquisition of DIY website and shop builder Moonfruit for its recommended cash offer.
Moonfruit’s personalised web design and instant e-commerce across different channels, including social and mobile, will strengthen Yell’s digital service offering for consumers and SMEs.
Yell operates across the UK, US, Spain and some countries in Latin America, and in the year ended March 31 had 1.2m SME customers.
