US tech firm to create 100 Liverpool jobs
US technology firm ServiceSource is set to create over 100 jobs in Liverpool, in response to growth across Europe and the Middle East.
The firm helps technology companies to sell their products through a cloud-based solution combining applications with a dedicated sales team.
In November 2010, ServiceSource opened its Liverpool sales centre with 20 employees, and has since expanded significantly.
The Liverpool office is the company’s sixth global sales centre, and was selected as the ideal location for business infrastructure, on-going city development and multi-lingual graduates.
Martin Moran, SVP and general manager, EMEA, ServiceSource International, said: “ServiceSource has experienced staggering growth over the last five years — roughly 35 per cent per year globally.
“We have an aggressive recruitment strategy and offer diverse career development opportunities, advanced sales training and the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most successful brands.
“We are thrilled to tap into this invaluable resource and bring the right skills on board for the next stage in ServiceSource’s European growth plans.”
Some of ServiceSource Liverpool’s clients include BlueCoat, NetApp, Progress Software and Riverbed Technology.
