The DNA of an entrepreneurial company
So here’s an interesting concept. The “fixed” mindset in business as opposed to the “growth” mindset.
Benjamin Barber, an eminent sociologist, once said, “I don’t divide the world into the weak and the strong, or the successes and the failures… I divide the world into the learners and non-learners.“
According to psychologists, those with a fixed mindset, believe their basic qualities, like their intelligence or talent, are simply fixed traits. They spend their time documenting and broadcasting what are often biased facts that naturally ignore their deficiencies. It’s all about showcasing their abilities, because it is so important to them to be perceived as superior, even if their performance does not warrant it.
In a growth mindset, people believe that their most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work—brains and talent are just the starting point. This view creates a love of learning, innovation and a resilience too, creating environments where others can learn and grow into visionary contributors as well, gaining rounded professional skills and brilliant acumen. And growth!
And happily, this is the camp Ve Interactive is in. And we need help. Since 2009, our enterprise-level cart recovery software has lead us to subsequently open 6 offices worldwide, employ over 120 employees, and in addition we’ve developed a raft of other supporting ecommerce products and services to better serve our clients. We’re well and truly busy and we’re looking for others to join our multi award-winning ranks too!
So if you have a passion for pitching, designing, programming, account managing, or analysing. If you love a fast-paced working environment where you will never get bored, have an obsession with getting clients to jump for joy and a near-compulsive ability to love what you do, and the people you work with. If you are a great team player and have a great attitude. Well, the rest we can teach you.
So get in touch**,** we can’t wait to meet you!
