North East regeneration policy to be debated
Business law firm DWF and the British Property Federation (BPF) are set to co-host a panel discussion on the policy provisions for North East regeneration.
“What the Government’s growth agenda means for regional development”, takes place at Baltic Place on July 11, and will comprise a discussion around the implications of the Localism Act, NPPF and other policy relating to regional regeneration.
The focus of the seminar and debate will be on how to use the different tools available to promote and stimulate regional growth, and increase shared knowledge and working between government, stakeholders, local authorities and the development industry.
Anyone involved in the property market, including those within local authorities and councils, are welcome to attend and can register their interest by emailing Alex Williamson: awilliamson@bpf.org.uk by July 9.
