UK’s largest coupon provider appoints Clareville
The UK’s largest coupon and voucher services provider, Valassis, has appointed Clareville to handle its PR. The award-winning agency won a competitive pitch to manage B2B media activity for the company.
Clareville, based in Fulham, will work to raise the profile of Valassis, drive enquiries and increase understanding among key decision makers and influencers.
Penny Dryden, commercial director of Valassis, comments:
“Having reviewed the market, we chose Clareville because of their knowledge and experience in our space and their ability to bring fresh thinking to the table. They are also a nice bunch of people to work with. We are really excited about the opportunity to work with Clareville to achieve our PR objectives.”
John Starr, managing director of Clareville, adds:
“Valassis is the leader in its field and our PR campaign will work hard to reinforce this position and ensure it is the ‘go to’ company for expert opinion on all coupon matters.
“With over 20 years experience creating and delivering successful PR activity for marketing services organisations, we are perfectly positioned to drive forward this campaign.”
Valassis performs crucial data management and financial clearing services for the likes of Sainsbury’s, Unilever and Associated Newspapers, and is responsible for handling most of the UK’s coupons and vouchers.
