ThoughtWorks helps Jobsite launch revenue-boosting job board

With businesses spending £2.5 billion PA on recruitment, ThoughtWorks helped create JobsiteWhite, enabling sites to create revenue and traffic by integrating a customisable job listings board on their website

London, June 2012 - ThoughtWorks, the global leader in enterprise Agile development services, was selected by Jobsite to design and build JobsiteWhite, a revolutionary way for businesses to attract new visitors by displaying relevant job opportunities on their website.

Developed using Agile techniques and methodologies, JobsiteWhite is a refreshingly straight-forward job board solution that’s perfect for all kinds of organisations - from established trade publications and associations to already existing job boards and industry blogs. It allows website owners to quickly integrate and display a customisable job board. The board is constantly updated with the latest job listings relevant to each visitor, increasing traffic as well as generating additional revenue for website owners from paid postings.

The solution is free from external branding and looks exactly like the host site, instead of a clunky add-on. The appearance, content and job listings can all be easily changed by website owners to fit with their specific needs.

“Our Agile development approach was a natural fit for JobsiteWhite given the level of unknowns and complexities integrating third party products with existing and new technology. It enabled the team to defer many decisions and provided greater flexibility and responsiveness for Jobsite to adapt the plan on a regular basis” said David Tuck, Client Principal, ThoughtWorks.

Gemma Cooney, Sales Director at JobsiteWhite comments: “The team at ThoughtWorks worked hard on what was a complicated and demanding project, and it was a real pleasure to get to know them. We’re especially grateful to the members of the Indian team who braved the English weather to visit us here during the project start-up and finalisation.”

The solution uses a combination of cloud-based third party software; Salesforce for CRM, Zuora for subscription management, Cybersource for payment collection, [Desk.com](http://desk.com/? target=) for support management and Jobsite Core to provide the underlying job board engine.
