ABS signs up french and eastern european counterparts

The Association of Business School (ABS) is pleased to announce formal collaborations with the French Foundation for Management Education (FNEGE) and CEEMAN Management Development Association byway of reciprocal membership agreements.

This development cements exciting strategic alliances, which will ensure ABS and its partner organisations’ work is aligned going forwards, including: capacity building, joint events, research, publications, membership on committees and added value for each organisations membership base.

Vicky Robinson, Director of Communications for ABS said:

“This announcement comes at a pivotal moment in ABS’ development; we have recently announced our new strategic plan and cementing these partnership along with our existing reciprocal members means that we can deliver on our promise on a global scale going forwards.

Our Asia Pacific Business and Management Leadership Summit in KL in November is one example of how we are driving these partnerships forward – it is an exciting time to be involved with the Association“.

Professor Danica Purg, founding President of CEEMAN and founding and current President of the IEDC-Bled School of Management said:

“I am delighted to see ABS and CEEMAN signing the partnership agreement, which will certainly pave the way to closer and more productive future collaboration in a number of areas. We have a lot to share with each other and to learn from each other,”

Pierre-Louis Dubois, Secretary General of FNEGE was equally thrilled to cement the relationship:

“We have worked with ABS for the past four years and the partnership has been very successful – this has been reflected by many joined up initiatives including research studies, seminars, reports and so on, I and my colleagues are really pleased that this relationship is now formal and we can work cross collaboratively together”.
