Vp buys rental operations from Balfour Beatty
Vp plc, the equipment rental specialist, has acquired two rental activities from the Balfour Beatty Group for £4 million.
Vp divisions Hire Station, which has acquired the survey, safety and communication equipment rental in London and Glasgow, and UK Forks, which has secured the Balfour Beatty Group’s plant rental services in Croydon and Exeter, have assimilated the services into their own.
Jeremy Pilkington, Chairman of Vp plc, championed the relationship between the two companies.
“These acquisitions represent important developments for Hire Station and UK Forks and we look forward to further strengthening our business relationship with the Balfour Beatty Group following this transaction,” says Pilkington.
