Citroen Dealership sold
Acting on behalf of a Fund, the Capital Markets team at CBRE has sold the Citroen car dealership on Wheatley Road, Doncaster to a private buyer.
The property, which is occupied by Pendragon Property Holdings Ltd until June 2020, has been sold for £1.75m.
Associate Director of Capital Markets at CBRE in Leeds, Robin Bullas, said; “The Pendragon dealership is in an established motor trade location with a host of local automotive occupiers close to the town’s centre.”
