Julia Wood & Associates are running a one-day interactive workshop in September aimed to supply team-based organisations with tools and techniques aimed at enabling individuals to work smarter and improve working environments.

This interactive workshop cannot take away the demands teams face but it is specifically designed to share some simple tools and techniques, based on a methodology called ‘Lean’, to support you and your fellow team members work smarter, improve the working environment and increase morale - all important things when times are tough.
