Kings House deal secured

The Office Agency Teams at CBRE Leeds and Sanderson Weatherall have let the 1,378 sq ft ground floor of prime city centre office accommodation, Kings House to Skipton Building Society.

Situated in the heart of Leeds’ professional core, King’s House is prominently located at the intersection of Kings Street and Wellington Street within a two minute walk from Leeds Train Station.

Senior Surveyor in CBRE’s Leeds Office Agency team, Alex Hailey, said; “The recently refurbished ground floor suite met all of Skipton Building Society’s requirements. We are now due to refurbish the lower ground and fourth floors and expect the proposed quality refurbishment to result in further swift lettings.”
