The authors
Julie Lewthwaite is an experienced manager and trainer who has worked in retail, telecommunications and the not-for-profit sector, focusing on local enterprise and business creation. She has written a wealth of material for trainers and learners, and her courses have been used both nationally and internationally. Her first business books were published in 2000.
Steven Miscandlon worked in the retail banking sector for fourteen years before becoming a freelance writer. In addition to articles published in international business magazines, he has written extensively for corporate clients in various industries, from insurance and financial services to engineering and technology. He is the author of the ebook ‘A Landlord’s Guide to Letting’, published in 2012.
