Agile and Waltons Clark Whitehill Continue Working Relationship

Expanding chartered accountants and business advisers Waltons Clark Whitehill (WCW) recently moved premises into fantastic new offices on Hartlepool Marina. The premises move has been part of a 3 year strategic review and took over 12 months of planning. The Teesside based firm sought the help of IT and Communications specialist Agile for all of their IT requirements. Agile have worked with WCW in the past and the two companies have a strong working relationship, making the decision to use Agile for this latest project a simple one.

“Having worked with Agile in the past I knew they could offer a first rate professional service” explains WCW’s IT Manager Sue Suggitt. “All their previous work has been of the highest quality and I have never faced any problems with them. Their project work is second to none and I have total confidence and trust in Agile”.

Paul Harrison, a Partner at WCW, says “for the past 3 years we have been conducting a detailed strategic review and the move of premises was a proactive part of our long term plan”.

When it came to the cabling and network infrastructure requirements, there was only one company that WCW wanted to use. “Having seen the work Agile have done in the past, I was really interested in utilising their services once again” says Sue. “I have a good relationship with Agile’s Paul Jones and I was keen for him to provide me with a quote for our requirements. When I found out Agile were also fellow members of NECC it only gave me further confidence in the ability of Agile to provide a high quality service for us”.

Paul Jones explains, “I have been fortunate enough to work with Sue and WCW in the past and I was delighted with the opportunity to work with them again. We have a good relationship and understand how one another work. It also allowed the project to run very smoothly without any complications”.

The processes Agile use to conduct their projects are born out of careful planning and analysis, based on previous working experiences and the brief of the current project.

Paul Harrison is delighted with the outcome of the work and to see the long term plan come together. “Our new open plan premises were essential for the growth of the 50 strong workforce we have here. We are already one of the longest established and largest firm of chartered accountants and business advisers on Teesside and I am enormously proud of what we have achieved so far…but there is much more to come”.

It is safe to say that the relationship between Agile and WCW will continue over the coming years, with discussions taking place regarding other services* that could mutually benefit the two companies. “I would actively recommend Agile to our clients and I am extremely keen to further develop our relationship with them over the coming months” summarises Sue.
