Berkeley PR announces host of promotions and hires
Digital, technology and consumer public relations firm Berkeley PR (BPR) has promoted Lauren Wood to account director from her role as senior account manager. The move comes alongside several other promotions within the company, as well as a raft of new hires across all levels to support the growth of the business.
Lauren joined Berkeley PR as an account manager in 2010 and has a wealth of experience across the technology PR sector. During her time at the company, she has worked on flagship accounts such as Kaspersky Lab, Iron Mountain and NETGEAR and the promotion pays testimony to her hard work and dedication at every level.
Further developments at Berkeley PR include the promotion of Amy Stevens to account manager, and Melanie Johnson and Louise Mapp to senior account managers. The company has also recruited eleven new executives since January to assist with its ever growing client base. This round of recruitment means that one third of the team are now fully trained journalists, which supports the company ethos of storytelling in a digital age.
Paul Stallard, director at Berkeley PR, comments “These are exciting times for the company. We moved office last year following a successful 12 months and as a consequence of the new hires, this once large space is now almost full.I am proud of the training we provide and the culture we have of promoting from within. We have high standards and I look forward to the next phase of Berkeley PR’s growth.”
