North East Seminars Launched on Social Media
A North Yorkshire PR company has linked up with the Holiday Inn hotels in Darlington and Newcastle to offer local businesses seminars on how to get the best out of social media.
The two half-day events organised by Harrogate-based The Smart Agency (@smartagency) will show companies how social media can help raise their profile, win new clients and boost sales.
The first seminar takes place on September 13 at the Holiday Inn Darlington, Scotch Corner, followed by Holiday Inn Newcastle in Jesmond, Newcastle-upon-Tyne on October 11.
Nigel Charlesworth from The Smart Agency said: “The seminars are ideal for businesses or organisations that are thinking of using social media, but are not sure where to start or for those already on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn but want to get more out of them. We are also delighted to be working with Holiday Inn which is providing great facilities and ideal locations to attract businesses across the North East.”
