Paragon invests in colour to support web-to-print growth

Paragon UK, the print solutions, data and document management specialist, has upgraded its digital colour capability and environmental credentials with the installation of the latest Xerox iGen4, considered to be one of the most revolutionary colour machines available to the print market.

The investment further reinforces Paragon UK’s colour and personalisation capabilities, while complementing the digital offering, in sites in France and Romania that form part of the wider Paragon Group.

In the UK and across its European network, the Paragon Group has noted significant growth in web-to-print, hybrid mail and transactional mailings and the company’s investment strategy is in line with this trend.

Incorporating some of the most advanced colour technology available in the marketplace, Paragon UK can once again enhance its web-to-print and colour offering to customers, in particular those working in the Telecoms, Automotive and Hospitality sectors.

Operations Director, Rob Burgin comments: “The installation of the iGen4 ensures that we remain at the top of our game. We know that customers need quality and that digital print is an ideal option. With the iGen4 we can guarantee superior image quality and spot colour accuracy. The introduction of the machine also means that we can meet with greater demand, while expanding the selection of products we offer.

“Attractive, eye catching personalised mailings on demand allow the brands that we work with to go out and target their customers efficiently and cost effectively and we want to ensure that we provide the very best quality of product to support them in doing that. The installation of the iGen4 signals exciting times for us as a business.” he concludes.

As well as excellent colour capability the iGen4, which was created using 97% recyclable or re-manufacturable components, is also environmentally efficient using non-toxic dry inks and producing minimum waste.

The installation of the iGen4 comes just eight months after Paragon UK invested in colour machinery and clearly communicates the company’s drive to offer clients the very best quality products that the market has to offer.

As a company which manufactures a range of products from operational documents to security and marketing print, the advancement to a more superior colour machine means that Paragon UK can maintain its position as one of the leading print and marketing businesses in the country, working with brands of all sizes in both the public and private sectors.
