New corporate member for wildlife charity
Northumberland Wildlife Trust is delighted to welcome holiday company Sand and Castle as its latest corporate member.
Sand and Castle, based in Newcastle, manages a portfolio of luxury holiday cottages in Northumberland - from coastal cottages and hideaways to luxurious country retreats, all in the heart of Northumberland Wildlife Trust’s conservation area.
The Sand and Castle team will be working with the wildlife charity to ensure all its cottages are as wildlife friendly as possible which will begin with the inclusion of a complimentary wildlife pack in each of its properties with details of nearby nature reserves to see during a visitor’s holiday.
Kate Middleton, Sand and Castle Director said: “We are passionate about Northumberland and are extremely proud to be Northumberland Wildlife Trust’s latest corporate member as the organisation works tirelessly to conserve such a beautiful part of the country.”
Kate’s comment was endorsed byMike Pratt, Northumberland Wildlife Trust Chief Executive who said: “As an organisation, Sand and Castle cares for the environment as much as it does for its properties - which is a credit to them. I am so pleased they are our latest corporate members - from dormice to otters, peat bogs to tree planting, the company’s financial support is invaluable to us.”
