Newcastle Business Forums AGM
The Newcastle Business Forums will hold their first AGM as an independent organisation on Monday 1st October at Newcastle University Business School.
The event will be hosted by Dr Joanna Berry; the Business School’s Director of Engagement and will also feature a presentation from Lissa Holmes (UK Trade and Investment) on exploring export opportunities.
The Forums’ Chairman Sheila Walker commented ’As we bring our first year as an independent organisation to a close I would like to invite Members to the AGM, to see what we have achieved, to help to shape the future of our Forums and to meet and network with other Members.
The AGM is free to attend, and there will be an opportunity for non-members to sign up to the Forums free of charge during registration. Registration begins at 5.15, with the meeting taking place between 6 and 8; all attendees are encouraged to display banner stands and are free to distribute flyers at the event.
