Warrington & Co strengthen their team
Warrington’s urban regeneration partnership, Warrington & Co, has strengthened both its strategic board and operational team.
Matt Crompton, Managing Director of Muse Developments and John Downes, Group CEO of Langtree, have both recently joined the board.
The operational team has also been strengthened. This month Steve Park will join on secondment from Warrington Borough Council as Managing Director. Mark Dawe has also recently joined the team, supporting the team 3-days per week delivering key projects.
Peter Crompton, Chair of Warrington & Co commented on the appointments:
“It is an important time for Warrington. Birchwood Park is performing extremely well and there are exciting announcements ahead for strategic initiatives such as Omega and the Stadium Quarter. With plans already in place for the regeneration and development of Bridge Street Quarter in the heart of the town centre, there are lots of exciting opportunities ahead.
Warrington & Co operates under the guidance of a predominantly private sector led board, to promote economic development and physical regeneration in Warrington, so Matt Crompton and John Downes are welcome additions to strengthen the team. In addition, both Steve and Mark will help us deliver Warrington’s plans to reality“.
