Sowerby Bridge pub sold to JD Wetherspoons
Sam Frankland of CBRE’s Pubs & Leisure team, acting on behalf of Punch Taverns, has recently sold The Wharf in Sowerby Bridge near Halifax, West Yorkshire. This attractive town pub was sold to JD Wetherspoon for £340,000.
It is understood that JD Wetherspoon intends to extend and re-invest the property and re-open in 2013. This completion continues CBRE’s significant number of sales this year.
