Last few spaces left for NE Hospitality event
On November 21st2012 at 6pm, RCM Stocktaking Solutions Ltd. will be hosting the first North East hospitality panel event in Newcastle upon Tyne. Join us for an interesting perspective from varying angles followed by a light bite to eat and informal networking.
The aim is to find out what the key ingredients to a successful business are, with a panel of six powerful speakers from pub owners, bar managers to restauranteurs, hoteliers and licensed trade Stocktakers. Together the panellists will be covering ; Maintaining a great guest experience, Customer service & staff training, Profitability Vs customer service, What makes a good pub experience?, Sustaining a profitable food business, Keeping ideas fresh and doing things differently.
Richard Macdonald, owner of RCM Stocktaking, says – “This free event will be in the style of Question Time, albeit more informal. We’re inviting lots of like-minded business owners and managers in the trade for a beer, local food and the chance to ask any questions they have to the panel.”
Richard continues, “I’ve found that successful businesses have invested before and during the recession, which has helped keep their offering fresh and appealing to customers. These businesses are stronger than ever while others have fallen by the wayside.”
This free event will take place at The Town Wall Public House & Eatery in the heart of Newcastle City Centre.
Who can come ? Initially this event is only open to owners / managers within the hospitality industry but as we expect it to be popular there will be subsequent events.
This event has proved to be very popular so we have the last remaining spaces left.
