Parkdean has been named as one of the UK’s top holiday park operators at the British Travel Awards 2012. The announcement was made at a prestigious Gala Awards Dinner held at Battersea Evolution in London and attended by more than a thousand travel industry peers.

Newcastle based Parkdean, which has 24 parks across the UK, scooped Silver in the ‘Best UK Holiday Park Operator’ category, beating off strong competition from Butlins who claimed the bronze. The win this year follows previous success at the awards, where the company has won the coveted title for the past two years running.

The voting process and results are overseen, scrutinized and audited by Deloitte LLP.
