Ground Six acquires Bdaily for future Growth
Business news service Bdaily, has announced its acquisition by technology group, Ground Six Limited
As part of the acquisition, founder and current managing director Si Bales, has sold her shares and concluded her ongoing involvement in the business.
“I have been at the forefront of Bdaily from its inception and have taken this opportunity to pursue new challenges for myself,” said Si.
“Bdaily has been a massive part of my life and I am very proud of what it has become, and wish it continued success within its new structure.”
Martin Stanley of Ground Six said: “It’s a natural step in Bdaily’s journey to become part of a bigger, tech-focused business that can deliver the technological requirements the company will need moving forward.
“The plan is to continue to invest in Bdaily bringing it to an international readership after its recent successful national roll out.
“Bdaily is a superb platform for businesses to not only get their latest news updates, but it is also a strong news provider that enables businesses to promote themselves to an influential readership.
“Promoting their products and services through its online network both regionally, nationally and internationally.
