International Recruitment System Unveiled For The North East

An innovative online profiling system which will help companies make the right recruitment decisions is being launched in the North East next month.

I3 Profiling was developed in South Africa by expert Keith Henderson, who initially utilised it as a tool to help married couples as part of relationship counselling, but quickly realised it could be adapted to help businesses.

Over the years the company has helped hundreds of organisations across the UK, South Africa and abroad and has now joined forces with a North East-based recruitment specialist to launch the system in the region.

Susanne Brown of Brown’s Recruitment & Training Consultancy based in Tyneside has come on board as i3 recruit director in the region, using her 25 years’ experience to help drive this new product forward.

And to help highlight the unique benefits that i3 can offer, the company is inviting HR directors or anyone involved in recruitment at any level to find out more about the process at a free Talent Management Seminar on March 26.

“Most of the best known tools of this nature identify people by type,” said Grant Henderson, i3 CEO.

“This means that it fits prospective employees into particular categories which isn’t always accurate.

“Our system identifies people by their unique traits so it’s a much more of a bespoke solution which gives a very accurate picture of the individual and if they are suited to that particular job.”

The new i3 recruit process is done via the i3 website and companies get a detailed one page report with the results.

The i3 directors believe using this tool could save companies hundreds of thousands of pounds in time and money that might be wasted on repeat or incorrect recruitment.

The Society of Human Resource Management estimates that a wrong recruitment decision can cost a company between 150 to 400 per cent of a manager’s base salary.

And in a bid to save North East organisations costly mistakes, i3 is hosting an event which will not only give tips on how to identify talent during the recruitment process but will also highlighting the benefits of the system.

The event is being held at the MPH Conference Centre, Stonehills, Shields Road, Gateshead on March 26 between 8am and 11am and includes time for networking.

“This will be a great opportunity for companies of all sizes to see how – at a very small cost – they can benefit from our unique recruitment tool,” said Keith.

Anyone wanting to attend the free event should email susanne@i3profiling.com. Further information is also available from the website at www.i3profiling.com
