CBRE expands northern management team
CBRE has appointed Bill Godwin as Regional Operations Director working on its Northern team. Bill has relocated from Bristol where he worked on CBRE’s South West and Midlands team and is now working out of the firm’s Northern offices. He will head up the Facilities Management arm of the Northern Property and Asset Management division managing a team of 108 site based staff, together with 12 facility managers.
Andrew Llewellyn, Director at CBRE Leeds, comments: “Bill’s new position within the company is part of a strategic internal restructure. The property and asset management sector of the business has grown steadily over the last year and Bill’s 20 years of experience in customer service excellence and unique skills will mean that he will play a pivotal role in the anticipated future growth of the company.”
CBRE manages more than 200 hundred properties in the Yorkshire and North East region comprising 10 million sq ft of commercial properties with an annual rental income of £50 million and procure £5 million of services each year. CBRE covers the whole of Yorkshire and the North East acting for a variety of clients ranging from MEPC, Evans and NFUM to local companies and family trusts.
