More for your money at Persimmon Court

A new homes development in Bedfordshire has been praised for its exceptional value for money and customer service.

When banking executive Danielle Lee and her husband-to-be Grant Cross set out to find a home they could settle into, they were astonished to find how much further their budget would stretch at Persimmon Court in Leighton Buzzard, compared to Hemel Hempstead where they were renting.

“Persimmon Court could not be more perfect,” said Danielle. “We looked at a lot of properties and the house we chose was definitely the nicest. We were delighted with the space, the size of the rooms, and how moving just 20 minutes away offered so much more for our money.”

The couple moved into a ‘Poppy’ style four bedroom home, along with Danielle’s daughter. The house offers spacious family accommodation over three floors and includes a single garage and parking space.

“It is so quiet here and our house overlooks where there will soon be a lovely lake. A school is also being built, where my daughter will be able to go,” added Danielle.

“The service we received from Persimmon was second to none. Anne Banks, the sales advisor on site, went out of her way to listen to our needs and help us to find exactly the right house. She has been so helpful and even arranged for us to view several properties that were already sold, so that we could compare different house types.

“We also received that high standard of customer service from the site team who have been really helpful. Everyone has been wonderful and made moving as easy and straightforward as possible.

“In fact, Grant’s parents have been so impressed with the development that they are waiting for their preferred choice of property to be released on the new phase!”

Sales manager Claire Lambert said: “Persimmon Court is rapidly becoming a real community, having attracted a mixture of buyers thanks to its range of homes from one bedroom upwards.

“Just one mile from town on the edge of countryside, we have seen many young families attracted to the development, along with people downsizing. We are also finding a lot of buyers coming up from Tring, Berkhamstead and London – they can get a really lovely home here and save as much as £20,000 on similar properties.”

Prices range from £134,950 to £284,950 and offers such as part exchange, NewBuy and FirstBuy are available, making it easier than ever to own a brand new home.
