NottinghamProperty entrepreneur launches guide to boost investment
A Nottingham based property entrepreneur has launched a brand new guide aimed at encouraging more investment in the city, especially among first time investors.
The guide which will be called ‘7 little known secrets to property investing’ has been penned by Andy Churchill, and will be released, one chapter at a time, every four or five days online at www.andychurchill.co.uk.
Drawing upon 20 years worth of experience both as a chartered surveyor and as a residential property investor, Andy Churchill (47) has had a fantastic response so far to chapter one of the guide that focuses on deciding what your investment strategies are and concentrating on no more than three of these, to ensure that you do them well and do not spread yourself too thinly.
Andy who runs a number of businesses in and around the city including Urban Village Property Investments, which provides deal packaging, property sourcing and refurbishment programs, said: “It is a fact that property investing in the city has increased in recent months and we are getting many first time investors coming to the market. This guide aims to provide them with the tools to make the most of their investment.
“The guide has been a few months in the making, but I intend the release each Chapter online for free every four or five days on an auto-responder. More should be done to encourage investment in the city of Nottingham, it is a great place to invest and yields are extremely good. I hope this guide will encourage more first time investors to take the plunge and invest.”
