Smoking Gun claims coveted best consumer campaign award
Consumer PR and social media agency Smoking Gun PR is celebrating having won in both categories it entered at the Golden Hedgehog awards ceremony (Thursday 28 February).
In the hotly disputed scheme, which saw entry numbers double on the previous year, the fast growing agency bagged the prestigious Consumer Campaign category for its work for Nissan UK and the best Small Agency gong.
This adds to a stunning start to 2013 which has already seen the business add four major client wins, which allied to organic growth of several clients puts turnover this year on track to grow by 100%. Three new hires has bolstered the ranks with the business looking for further experienced hands to come on board.
In just three years of trading the business has built an enviable reputation for effectively taking insights and blending creative traditional and digital campaigns into highly effective strategies to build client businesses and reputations. This has led to the agency already bagging ten national and regional PR and social media awards, including two team of the years and being shortlisted for two others.
