Recruitment expert joins new North East company

One of the North East’s most experienced recruitment professionals has been appointed as a director of an innovative online company.

Gateshead’s Susanne Brown has taken on the role at i3 profiling, which is set to launch their new product, i3 recruit in the region this month (March 26).

Susanne has more than 25 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, having worked to senior management level with leading organisations such as Blue Arrow and Select Appointments before launching her own business five years ago.

The unique i3 profiling system was devised by SA expert Keith Henderson, who initially developed it as a tool to help estranged couples, but he quickly realised that it could be adapted to help employers unleash productivity from within their workforce.

i3 recruit has been developed to offer businesses a fast and accurate way of seeing the potential of candidates matched against a bespoke role profile helping them make the right recruitment decision – to avoid what could otherwise be a costly mistake.

And now Susanne has been brought on board to help launch and drive this unique product forward in the North East.

“When I decided to work for myself five years ago it was because I wanted to bring the personal element back into recruiting,” she said.

“I wanted to encourage employers to understand more about the qualities of the person as part of their selection process and not just rely on CVs and interviews and to also ensure that they had a recruitment strategy so it wasn’t just about finding staff but also about retaining them.”

She added, “ This is what I found so exciting about i3 because every profile is unique and no two will ever been the same and so it gives employers an objective and true picture of the person and how they could best fit in to the role, team and organisation.“

i3 is inviting business owners, HR, talent management and recruitment professionals involved in recruitment or succession planning at any level to find out more about how this works at a free Talent Management Seminar on March 26.

Anyone attending will get the chance to complete an i3 profile on themselves in advance of the event and then get the results on the day.

The event is being held at the MPH Conference Centre, Stonehills, Shields Road, Gateshead on March 26 between 8am and 11am and includes time for networking.

“This will be a great opportunity for companies of all sizes to see how – at a very small cost – they can benefit from our unique assessment tool,” said Susanne.

Anyone wanting to attend the free event should email Susanne@i3profiling.com. Further information is also available from the website at www.i3profiling.com
