Ed Balls to meet Yorkshire business leaders
Yorkshire businesses have an opportunity to quiz Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls at a special event in May.
Organised by the Institute of Directors, “An Alternative Fiscal Road” gives firms the chance to tackle Mr Balls about the policies a Labour Government would pursue and the issues he fights for on behalf of businesses and his constituents.
Ed Balls is the Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer and the MP for Morley and Outwood. A former financial journalist, he is a feisty political competitor and a passionate advocate of socialist economic policy.
The event will be held on Friday 10th May, 12.30pm-2.30pm at Wakefield One on Burton Street, Wakefield. The cost for IoD members is £20 + VAT, while non-members will be charged £30.00 + VAT.
To book your place, call Susanne Foxley on 0113 243 0152 or visit www.iod.com/yorkshireevents.
