Signature Living Group unveil £1.5m Liverpool hotel
Signature Living Group are set to open a new £1.5m hotel in Liverpool on Friday, after a month of renovation work.
Husband and wife partners Lawrence and Katie Kenwright invested £1m into the former Masonic Bank on Stanley Street last year.
The old Print building has now been upgraded from a 12 bedroom hotel to a 111 bedroom hotel with movie themed rooms, including a James Bond suite and a Breakfast at Tiffany’s room.
Signature’s latest hotel opening will bring its total number of hotel rooms to 300 in Liverpool with further plans to expand nationwide.
Managing director Katie Kenwright said: “We’ve been working around the clock to get the new Signature Hotel ready for the arrival of our first guests this weekend and I’m confident that they are going to love it.
“We’ve invested heavily into this project to make it a truly unique and first class experience for visitors as well as the members of our new restaurant, bar and nightclub.
“We’ll be holding a spectacular hotel launch event in the coming weeks and have invited Mayor Joe Anderson to perform the official opening ceremony. It is an exciting time for us all at Signature Living.”
